The website of DeFF (http://www.deff-tw.com,referes to "our website" for following) is now running by and for DeFF International Corporation(refers to "our company" for following), and provides users with relative services according to the terms of use of our website and other relative standards or announcements. Please read the following terms before using our website. While using our website, it means that you have read thoroughly, understood, and accepted the terms of use of our website. Please do not use our website if there is any disagreement with any part of terms of use.

5.Trading Notes

5.1.
The amount of products produced on our website are limited, please check out soon after purchasing, putting into carts doesn't mean the trading is complete. If other users finish check out procedure before than you, system will notify you that the product is sold out, please remove it from your cart. 
5.2.
After check out, our company system will send you a notification mail of your purchase information automatically, the notification letter doesn't mean the contract is complete, our company still retain the right of accepting the order.
5.3.Returns & Refunds
5.3.1.
Personalized product doesn't meet the rule of 7-day appreciation period : According to Consumer Protection Act No.19 and The Regulation on Reasonable Matters as Exceptions to Rescind the Distance Sales, 7-day appreciation period isn't applicable to personalized products,  and they can't be returned, refunded, or exchanged due to displeasure to the design or other reasons. Please purchase with careful consideration. 

5.3.2.
Ordinary product returning rules: you are able to unconditionally return the product within 7 days after receiving and in the condition of all new and fully packaged.
5.3.2.1.
According to Consumer Protection Act, all the products come with 7-day cooling-off period after received.
5.3.2.2.
The returning product must be all new(unused) and fully packaged, please don't lose any accessories or the returning may be affected.
5.3.2.
If the product is plastic consumables, it will not be able to be returned if there are scratches or peeling paints on the surface after using. 
5.3.3.
Returning Procedure: If you have the need of returning, receive wrong products, or receive products with defects not caused by human factors, please fill the customer service form within 7-day appreciation period(starting from the next day after received) as soon as possible, we will help you confirm the returning at the first place. 

Working days: Mon~ Fri 9:00~18:00 (Sat, Sun, & National Holidays not included), the customer service will reply soon in 24 hours on working days.

5.4. Refunding：
5.4.1.
Please send back through registered package(normal) at post office, we will not afford the additional fee of other delivery methods.
5.4.2.
If the product is broken down, trashed, worn off, scraped, scratched, contaminated, or the package is not complete by human factors, or if the receipt, accessories are lost, we will not accept the returning.
5.4.3.
Please return within 7 days after received, it may not be available if overdue.
5.4.4.
If the order is purchased with promo code, it won't be retrieved after returning.
5.4.5.
If the order is requested for additional paper receipt or invoice, please return them back together with the products.
5.4.6
【Refund】To speed up the precess, we will return the payment back directly.
5.4.6.1.
Credit Card Payment：
For the order paid by credit card, your payment will be returned to the paying  credit card, and the returning statement will be attached to the bill on the next month. ( The refunding is about 7 working days, depending on each bank operating period, please refer to your credit card bank if there is any question.
5.4.6.2.
T-Cat Shipping / Convenience Store Cash on Delivery :
When using T-cat shipping / convenience store cash on delivery, please provide your banking information (account name, bank, branch bank, account, all are necessary)
5.4.6.3.
How to provide banking information：
5.4.6.3.1.
Send back the bankbook printing with the returning product.
5.4.6.3.2.
Take a photo of the bankbook and attach it to the questionnaire form/ letter
5.4.6.3.3.
Choose one way to provide the banking information to for refund(excluding shipping fee while delivering), 14 working days are necessary for transferring(depends on each bank).

6.Intellectual Property
All the contents in our website, including but not limited to literal descriptions, literatures, photos, pictures, videos, files, documents, information, website structure, website pictures arrangement, website design, and so on, are intellectual properties owned by our company by law. Anyone is not allowed to apply, alter, remake, broadcast in public, modify, spread, release, publish, revert, or any action that may against our intellectual property. If you are going to use the contents in our website, please obtain written permission or authorization from our company in advanced and indicate the reference. Also ensure the completeness of the information, distortions, additions and deletions are not allowed and strictly prohibited .

7.Connection to third party websites
The connection from our website to third party website is only for easy access for users. The linked websites are not managed by our company, and we don't take any responsibility to the third party websites' contents, terms of use of our website are also not applicable. Users should determine independently whether the guarantee of right of the third party website is comprehensive before usage.  

8.Disclaimer

Our company don't take any responsibility of compensation caused by any direct or indirect damage under following circumstances:

Service termination or suspension during system migration, exchange, or maintenance of our company's website. 
8.2.
Any service termination or suspension caused by any reason that can't blame to our company. 

8.3.
Any outer effect causes disinformation, forgery, tampering, deletion, capture, making the website unable to work normally. 
8.4.
Any service termination or suspension caused by natural disasters or force majeure factors.
8.5.
Users that have their service terminated or suspended by our company due to any behaviors that against the government law or disobey the Terms & Conditions.
8.6.
Other situations that are regarded necessary for service termination or suspension by our company.
8.7.
Deff phone cases or protective frames are made to reduce the risk of damage of phones while dropping, we don't take any responsibility for the damage of phones caused by other issues. Just like other protective items, Deff phone case take damage by itself to protect the phone. Therefore, when you find the product having serious defects, please stop to use it and exchange for a new one for the best protecting condition.

8.8.

We have the right to cancel orders and shipments of products showing out of stock or wrong pricing due to system error on the website, even if the order is complete. If the payment is also complete, we will fully refund and won't take further responsibility of your order.

8.9.
Under any following situation, our company, website, Deff associated companies or its representatives, suppliers (collectively called "Deff" for the following) won't take compensation  responsibility of any indirect, coincident, consequent, abnormal, or punishing damage, such as:

• Consumption of the product itself, or damage of other items using together with our products.
• Direct or indirect file, wealth, business, profit loss due to our products.
• Damage of the product itself or other items using together with the product caused during installation or removal.

8.10.
DEFF之全部責任應限於您為產品所支付之金額。
除有明確約定外，DEFF不對產品在適銷性、適用性、特定用途、設計、狀況、品質或產品性能方面做出任何形式的明示或暗示保證。此外，DEFF對因購買或使用產品而造成任何類型的損害、附帶損害或由此產生的利潤或利益損失不承擔任何責任。 
DEFF保留就特定情況放棄保固範圍責任之權利，包括但不限於經授權或未經授權之賣家或非正品或假冒DEFF產品之經銷商或供應商所為保證等情況。
如產品有任何非本身存在之瑕疵，包括安裝失敗、個人行為或使用者因使用造成的產品損害，恕無法適用七日鑑賞期與部分指定產品之保固。
8.11.
DEFF之保護類產品僅降低機體遭碰撞時破損的風險，並不就機體之破損負責。如同其他保護類產品，DEFF之保護類產品會犧牲自身去保護機體，因此當您發現產品有明顯撞擊變形或嚴重耗損等現象，建議停止使用並添購更換全新商品，以確保產品之保護性是最佳狀態。
8.12.
產品使用前請詳閱使用說明，若未依照官方提供之說明方法使用或操作產品，導致產品本身、機體或其他產品受損或造成重大事故，DEFF恕不予保證並不負相關維修、賠償及法律責任。 
8.13.
本網站若因產品已無庫存提供（該產品也不再進行補貨），或本網站因系統異常等因素，導致網站價格標示錯誤，即便訂單已經成立，我們仍有權拒絕接受該筆訂單及出貨，如果您已經支付産品費用，我們將全額退款給您，即不再對您承擔進一步的責任。

9.使用者違約
9.1.使用者違反本網站使用條款、法律(包含但不限於：民法、刑法、著作權法、商標法、專利法及其他法律)或無故未在通知期限內至使用者指定門市取貨或未完成貨到付款之取貨，超過相當次數者，以致對本公司或其他任何第三者造成損失，使用者同意負擔由此造成之損害賠償責任。
9.2.若訂購個人化設計商品無故未取超過乙次，將會影響使用者日後購買權益（結帳方式將僅能使用信用卡付款），若有任何問題煩請來電。

10.使用條款效力
本網站使用條款任何條款的全部或一部無效時，並不影響其他約定的效力。

11.準據法與管轄法院
本網站使用條款之解釋及適用悉依中華民國法律為準據法，且以台灣台中地方法院為第一審管轄法院。
